The most fabulous person I know, Vee, has a birthday on the 18th, and I baked her some personalized cookies!
- What you’ll need:
Sugar Cookie Ingredients:
- 1 c Butter
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- 3 c Cake Flour
Pretty decorations
- A rubber stamp
- A straw
- Step 1: Mix the sugar and the butter
- Step 2: Add the egg and stir until it is creamy
- Step 3: Add the salt and the flour and mix till smooth
- Step 4: Roll out the cookie dough as thin as you can
- Step 5: Decorate a) stamp the dough b) cut rough edges with a knife c) make a hole with the straw
- Step 6: bake the cookies on 180oC until the edges start to brown. I baked mine for 15min, but it depends on how thin the dough is
