DIY: Stamp Cookies

The most fabulous person I know, Vee, has a birthday on the 18th, and I baked her some personalized cookies!

  • What you’ll need:

Sugar Cookie Ingredients:

  1. 1 c Butter
  2. 1 c Sugar
  3. 1 egg
  4. A pinch of salt
  5. 3 c Cake Flour

Pretty decorations

  1. A rubber stamp
  2. A straw
  • Step 1: Mix the sugar and the butter

  • Step 2: Add the egg and stir until it is creamy

  • Step 3: Add the salt and the flour and mix till smooth

  • Step 4: Roll out the cookie dough as thin as you can

  • Step 5: Decorate a) stamp the dough b) cut rough edges with a knife c) make a hole with the straw

  • Step 6: bake the cookies on 180oC until the edges start to brown. I baked mine for 15min, but it depends on how thin the dough is
